Built frontend interfaces for an internal ATM incident reporting and management system at NCR Atleos (NYSE: NATL), the world's largest provider of ATMs and ATM services. The system enabled real-time detection, tracking, and resolution of incidents across NCR Atleos' massive global ATM network, helping field engineers and operations teams maintain uptime and respond to hardware faults, software issues, and security events.
WHAT I BUILT.
// 02 SURFACESThe system provided operations teams with tools for logging and categorizing ATM incidents, tracking resolution status across service requests, viewing historical performance and diagnostic data, and coordinating technician dispatch and remote intervention workflows.
The UI needed to handle large volumes of real-time incident data while remaining clear and actionable for support teams working under time pressure to restore ATM availability.
