ReboGateway

Overview

Built the frontend for ReboGateway, a data-driven prospecting platform by Benutech, Inc. that helps real estate agents identify likely sellers before they list their homes. The platform aggregates public records — divorce filings, probate, tax defaults, notices of default, expired listings, FSBOs, and more — and layers them onto an interactive map-based interface.

What I Built

The platform features a map-based search interface where agents can draw radii or polygons to define farm areas, advanced filtering by life event type, city, county, ZIP code, and date range, detailed property and homeowner profiles with comps, loan history, and market conditions, a tract utility showing turnover ratios and active agents per housing tract, farm management with daily email notification setup, and a list management system for exporting leads to print marketing partners like Corefact. The data-heavy UI needed to handle complex search queries and render large datasets clearly and responsively using dynamic forms powered by ngx-formly.
