Overview
Contributed to the frontend of RUN!, a purpose-built website builder for Democratic political campaigns and advocacy organizations. RUN! powers sites for campaigns at every level — from city council to U.S. Senate and Governor races — giving non-technical campaign staff the ability to launch professional, high-converting websites without designers or developers.
What I Built
I built responsive, mobile-first layouts and reusable components for campaign-specific pages including issues, endorsements, donation CTAs, and volunteer sign-up flows. I integrated third-party tools for forms, email, and CRM platforms — the product connects with ActBlue, NGP VAN/EveryAction, Mobilize, Action Network, NationBuilder, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Airtable, and more. I helped optimize performance for high-traffic spikes during launch days and fundraising pushes, and improved the content editor experience so non-technical campaign staff could safely update their sites without breaking layouts. I also collaborated closely with designers and campaign strategists to ensure every feature met real campaign needs from onboarding through launch.
